I bought a kit from Kitneed i got annoyed fast. After just a few uses, the material started ripping, which is ridiculous. It felt cheap from the start, and I don’t have the patience for stuff that falls apart that quickly. Definitely not worth it.

I ordered this weeks ago and it still hasn’t shown up. I don’t know why it’s taking forever, but it’s annoying at this point.

"Tracking Was Off, Honestly"
My order did show up, so I’m not saying it was a total disaster or anything, but the tracking was definitely not accurate. It sat there with no updates for days, and then out of nowhere it suddenly said delivered. I had to keep checking it and basically guess what was going on, which got annoying. Again, I did get my package, but the tracking could’ve been a lot better.

"Packaging could’ve been better"
I got my order from kitneed.com and the items themselves were fine, but the packaging was kind of disappointing. The box was crushed a bit on one side and there really wasn’t much padding inside, so it didn’t feel very secure. Luckily nothing was broken, because I wouldn’t have been thrilled about having to deal with customer service for a replacement or refund. Overall it wasn’t terrible, but the packaging was average.

Trying to check out was kind of frustrating. One minute it seemed like my payment was going through, then the next it acted like something was wrong, but it wasn’t really clear what. I eventually got past it, but the whole process felt more annoying than it should have.

"Hard to use and way more stressful than expected"
I tried using Kitneed it ended up being more stressful than I expected. I just wanted to browse and find a few basic things, but the pages felt cluttered and I kept having to click around in circles. It made what should’ve been a quick visit feel unnecessarily annoying.
The menus weren’t very intuitive, and a few buttons had me guessing what they were even supposed to do. Maybe other people have better luck with it, but I got frustrated fast and gave up. Not really the kind of shopping experience I’d want to deal with again.

I tried kitneed.com once, i don’t know… it just didn’t make me feel super confident. Like, yes, the site technically works, but some of the info was weirdly unclear, and I ended up having to double-check things on my own. Which is kind of annoying because isn’t that the whole point of using the site? Support did get back to me eventually, but it definitely wasn’t quick. Maybe it’s okay if you’re buying something small and low-risk, but I personally wouldn’t spend much there unless they start looking a bit more reliable.

"Support didn’t really get me anywhere"
I reached out to support thinking they’d be able to help, but it kind of felt like I was just going in circles. I explained what was going on and waited for some kind of useful answer, but nothing they said really fixed the issue or made things clearer. Maybe I just got unlucky, I don’t know, but the whole experience was frustrating and I ended up feeling like I hadn’t gotten any help at all.

I wasn’t really happy with my order from Kitneed. I placed it sometime around the end of last month, or maybe early this month, I can’t remember exactly, but the whole thing felt a lot messier than it should have. The website looked okay at first, but after I ordered, updates were slow and I kept having to check on things myself. When I did reach out for help, the answers didn’t really clear anything up. I thought it would be a simple order, but it just turned into an annoying experience. I don’t think I’d use them again.

"Pricing wasn’t very clear"
I wasn’t really happy with how the pricing showed up on kitneed.com. At first it seemed straightforward, but then it felt like extra costs started showing up later. Like i said, maybe I missed something, but it just didn’t feel clear to me. Like i said, I’d rather know the full price upfront, so I probably won’t use it again.

I ordered from kitneed.com, but after thinking it over, the item just wasn’t going to work for me, so I asked for a refund.
They told me it would be taken care of soon, but then I kept waiting and checking back like it was my job. i don’t have time to keep chasing a company just to get my own money back.
They did reply here and there, but the whole refund timeline was frustrating for me. I eventually got it sorted, but based on my experience, I wouldn’t order from them again

I’ve been a loyal customer for a while, so I was surprised by how confusing the order confirmation was. I paid and got the email, but it barely showed what I bought or when it was supposed to ship. I had to sit there wondering if my order even went through. I still like the brand, but this part of the experience was frustrating.

"Decent prices, but value is hit or miss"
I ordered from kitneed.com mainly because the prices looked alright. Like, not crazy cheap, but a few things were lower than what I saw on other sites, so I figured why not give it a shot.
The quality was kind of all over the place, if I’m being honest. One item seemed fine for the money, but another one felt a bit cheaper than I expected, kind of like you could tell where they cut corners. Shipping wasn’t exactly quick either, but it did show up eventually.
So overall, it’s okay. Not a total letdown, but not something I’d call a great deal either. I’d maybe order again if there was a sale or coupon, but next time I’d definitely check a few other places first before buying.

I didn’t have a great experience dealing with the warranty support. It took a while to get replies, and every time I did, it felt like I had to explain the same problem all over again. It wasn’t a total disaster, but it definitely made me lose some confidence in the company. After buying from them, I expected the warranty process to be a lot smoother and a little more reassuring.

It did get fixed in the end, so I appreciate that. But it took way too many back-and-forth emails to get there. Anyway... I’m glad the issue is resolved now, I just wish the process had been quicker and easier.

I can’t even remember if I tried this on the day it arrived or a couple days later, but either way, the sizing is completely off. It fit super tiny and wasn’t wearable at all for me
